Our Services

We provide commercial and domestic waste clearance, recycling, and house/office removals services. Quotes provided via this website are estimates only, based on the information and photographs supplied. Final pricing is confirmed after assessment of the job and may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was described.

Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible but do not guarantee a specific response time.

Licensing & Compliance

We are a fully licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency (Licence Number: CBDU578404). All waste is handled, transported and disposed of in accordance with current waste regulations. Duty of Care documentation and Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes are provided where applicable and requested.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed directly with the customer prior to or upon completion of work, as confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Reasonable notice helps us avoid unnecessary callout costs.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. access issues, weather, traffic).
